Hiding Page Headers on reports

Hello,
I am trying to hide the page header on a report for subsequent pages
beyond page 1. When I check PrintOnFirstPage under page header
properties, the page header is not displayed however, a huge blank gap
is left where the page header was to be displayed before the rest of
the report. This will lead to waste of paper when the report is
rendered. I have to get around this. If you know how to get around
this issue please let me know. The objective is simply to hide the
page header on all pages but the first page without the consequence of
having blank gaps at the top of all other pages where the page hearder
was meant to be.
Thanks. You should not use page headers, because the behaviour of Page header is like
that it creates a blank space. Instead you should use group header so that
you can control like printing in first page and not printing in subsequent
pages...
