Hiding Sub Total Rows depending upon the certain fields

I am trying to hide a sub total row depending upon certain fields . How would i go about doing that?

Thanks in Advance

This is how the report looks like......

Jan Feb March

Revenue R1 2 3 4

want to hide this line subtotal 2 3 4

R2 5 6 7

Total 7 9 11

Hi,

For the table row has visibility property.Write the condition in the expression of the Visibilty Property for that row.

Hope this helps

|||Its not a table . Its a matrix|||

You can select edit the matrix group, in the visibility property, select expression and used the 'runningvalue' to determine when you want not to displace your group subtotal

Hiding sub Reports after deployment

Hi All,
I have two reports and each of them contains 3 sub reports. When I deployed
my project, I don't want the users to see the sub reports. I have set Hide in
list view = Checked for each of the sub report. After doing this when the
users access the reports folder, they do not see the reports until they click
on the Show details, where they again see all the reports. How should I set
this up? Please help!

As far as I know, it does not seem feasible. You might want to create
a custom application that controls the access to the subreports. Sorry
I could not be of greater assistance.

Hiding Matrix column data but still have totals displaying.

Hi,
I'm working on a matrix report with salary information. One of my
requirements is to have the sub total display but not the detail
within the report. Is this possible? "Here is an example: This "-"
is showing hidden salary information.
December January
HOURS TOTAL HOURS TOTAL
Employee A 5 - 4 -
Employee B 5 - 4 -
TOTAL $500 $450On Dec 18, 1:45 pm, michael h <mikej...@.gmail.com> wrote:

Use the InScope() function in your Details Expression. Basically, the
InScope("groupName") returns True when the Details section is
contained in the named group. If your use the name of the Row Group,
then you will be InScope = True when the report is rendering the rows,
and InScope = False when the report is rendering the totals.
Use an Expression like:
= IIF( InScope( "matrix1_Employees"), "-", Sum( Fields!
Salary.Value ) )
